Stiftung Springhornhof
About the funder
The Stiftung Springhornhof is a private, non-profit foundation based in Neuenkirchen (near Soltau). It was established to continue the life's work of the gallery owner and art association director Ruth Falazik (deceased 1998) and to promote contemporary art within the natural landscape of the Lüneburg Heath. As the sponsor of the Kunstverein Springhornhof, the foundation organizes exhibitions, events, and the project "Kunst-Landschaft": an ensemble of over forty freely accessible sculptures and installations in the heath village area around Neuenkirchen. The program is complemented by a studio and educational offerings, an international art shop, and regularly curated solo and group exhibitions.

Mission & Vision
The Springhornhof Foundation sees itself as a link between art and landscape. Our goal is to provide contemporary artists with a place where they can work in direct dialogue with nature and regional materials. We support innovative, experimental projects that expand the perception of art and open new approaches to the environment. Continuing the artistic legacy of Ruth Falazik is both our commitment and inspiration.
Target groups
The foundation's and association's offerings are aimed at professional artists working at the intersection of sculpture, installation, and environmental art; culturally interested visitors of all ages who wish to explore art in public spaces; school classes and students within the framework of art education programs; as well as local and supra-regional supporters, sponsors, and cooperation partners from the fields of culture, education, and business.
