About the funder

The Stiftung Stadtsparkasse Linz am Rhein of the city of Linz am Rhein was established in 2004. The purpose of the foundation is to promote charitable objectives. It awards grants primarily to support cultural purposes (music, literature, performing and visual arts, monument preservation), social welfare, youth care and support, national and international youth exchange, sports, general and vocational education, local heritage preservation, environmental and nature conservation, as well as disaster and civil protection. Funds are granted to natural and legal persons or to tax-privileged organizations. There is no legal entitlement to funding.

The Stiftung Stadtsparkasse Linz am Rhein is committed to promoting charitable projects and initiatives in Linz am Rhein and beyond through targeted grants. Our goal is to sustainably support art and culture, social welfare, youth and education, environmental and monument protection, as well as international exchange, thereby strengthening the common good.

Target groups

Natural and legal persons as well as institutions pursuing tax-privileged purposes within the meaning of the foundation's objectives are eligible for funding. This includes artists, cultural and educational institutions, welfare associations, youth organizations, sports clubs, initiatives in environmental and monument protection, as well as organizations involved in disaster and civil protection.
