About the funder

With the establishment of the Southwest German Sugar Beet Cultivation Foundation in September 2009, a permanent connection between the association and the union was ensured, along with continuous cooperation for the benefit of sugar beet growers. The purpose of the foundation is the promotion of science and research as well as vocational training. The boards of the association and the union jointly decide on the use of the foundation’s proceeds. The management and administration of the foundation are carried out at the Worms Association House or by consultants commissioned from there.
