The Stiftung Unternehmen Wald is committed to creating and preserving natural, species-rich, and climate-resilient forests. It promotes the reforestation of destroyed areas, the ecological transformation of conifer monocultures into stable mixed forests, as well as active nature conservation measures and environmental education. In doing so, it aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and emphasizes lasting cooperation with business, civil society, and the public.

Target groups

The funding programs are aimed at companies of all sizes (CSR engagement, company forests), private individuals (tree donations, tree gifts), schools and educational institutions (environmental education projects), forest owners (forest conversion, traditional orchards), nature conservation organizations, and local authorities. The goal is to involve broad segments of the population and civil society actors in order to jointly advance forest and climate protection.
