Stiftung Wings of Hope Deutschland

The Wings of Hope Germany Foundation is a legally recognized church foundation under civil law, based in Munich, and was established in 2003. It operates as a non-profit and charitable organization in the fields of public health care and international understanding. Under the supervision of the Regional Church Council of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria, the foundation supports people affected by the consequences of war and violence. Its operational offerings include training, trauma therapy, peace and dialogue work, as well as advocacy measures.

Our vision is: Healing trauma, fostering peace, living reconciliation. We are committed to opening up new perspectives for traumatized individuals through targeted psychosocial services and building sustainable bridges between cultures and generations.

The services of the Wings of Hope Germany Foundation are aimed at people suffering from the consequences of war, violence, or trauma (particularly refugees, children, and women), professionals and volunteers in the psychosocial field working in trauma pedagogy, trauma therapy, or pastoral care, as well as partner organizations and supporting members who wish to promote peace and reconciliation in the long term.
