About the funder
The TON-STIFTUNG-NOTTENKÄMPER was founded in June 2014 by the brothers Bernhard and Hans Günter Nottenkämper, managing partners of Hermann Nottenkämper GmbH & Co. KG. The foundation's goal is to give back a portion of the economic success of the regionally rooted family business to the communities of Hünxe and Schermbeck as well as to the Hohe Mark – Westmünsterland Nature Park. Priority is given to supporting non-profit projects and institutions in the fields of nature and environmental conservation, heritage preservation, art and culture, youth and elderly care, as well as civic engagement.
