Mission & Vision
Our mission is to design and implement innovative research and development projects in the field of interactive technologies. We promote knowledge transfer between science, industry, and society to sustainably improve healthcare and quality of life through digital and interactive solutions. In doing so, we emphasize user-centricity, participation, and the consideration of ethical, legal, and social aspects.
Target groups
The funding activities and services of VDI/VDE-IT are aimed at companies in the commercial sector, colleges and universities, non-university research institutions, as well as hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Applicants include collaborative projects, individual research groups, and start-ups that develop and implement innovative technologies for health, care, and quality of life.
