About the funder
The VINCI Foundation for Social Responsibility is the non-profit corporate foundation of the VINCI Group in Germany and Austria. Since its establishment in 2002 (active in Germany since 2010), it supports local initiatives that promote the social and professional integration of disadvantaged individuals. Through two funding instruments – know-how sponsorship (where VINCI employees provide their professional expertise as mentors) and direct financial grants for capital expenditures – the foundation strengthens projects in the areas of labor market access, housing, mobility, and neighborhood development. Since 2010, over €3.78 million has been approved, 276 projects have been supported, and 364 sponsorships have been arranged.

Mission & Vision
The VINCI Foundation operates according to the principle "Acting so that every person finds their place in society." It combines economic strength with humanistic conviction by mobilizing employees and expertise in socially disadvantaged areas and providing financial resources. The goal is to sustainably empower people, enable social participation, and promote cohesion in cities and neighborhoods.
Target groups
Registered, non-profit associations and legal organizations in Germany and Austria that implement projects for the social and professional integration of disadvantaged individuals are supported. Target groups include, among others, unemployed persons with social or professional placement barriers, families seeking housing, migrants, as well as residents of socially disadvantaged urban districts. The foundation is aimed at project sponsors offering sustainable, innovative, and impact-oriented measures.
