About the funder

The WHW Foundation was established in 2023 by Petra-Beate Schildbach. Its goal is to promote understanding between religions and interreligious dialogue. The foundation supports centers of the Sufi movement worldwide (particularly in Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa), interreligious activities, publications of Hazrat Inayat Khan, as well as the structural preservation and maintenance of the former Sufi center "Fazal Manzil" in Suresnes (France). The WHW Foundation is recognized as a non-profit organization and exclusively pursues charitable purposes.

Mission & Vision

The WHW Foundation is committed to overcoming religious differences and promoting interreligious dialogue. We believe that all religions, truth, and God are one, and aim to contribute to global harmony through financial support and ideological assistance.

Target groups

Eligible to apply are centers and organizations of the Sufi movement, initiatives, and individuals who carry out interreligious projects, publish works by Hazrat Inayat Khan, or contribute to the preservation of historical sites of the Sufi movement. The foundation supports activities that contribute to international understanding and interreligious dialogue.
