It functions as a think tank and network manager between the twelve Regional Zukunftszentren and the House of the Self-Employed. The ZZA provides an exchange platform for the development and implementation of forward-looking work models and promotes knowledge transfer as well as networking among actors in the world of work. Its goal is to establish a "learning labor policy" and to master the challenges of digital, ecological, and demographic change.
