Mission & Vision

Our vision is a society in which all people can lead a self-determined life with dignity and justice, free from unemployment and poverty. Instead of combating symptoms, the ZASS Foundation focuses on the causes of social injustices. We raise awareness, create understanding, and promote engagement through education, counseling, and support. With innovative projects, we make complex interrelationships tangible and encourage citizens to actively participate and help shape a socially just future.

Target groups

The funding programs of the ZASS Foundation are aimed at tax-privileged corporations and institutions (in particular associations, federations, and foundations) that carry out projects in the fields of democratic education, social security, and the future of work. Additionally, the foundation supports multipliers in political education, artists and cultural workers, as well as providers of youth and elderly care. The target group consists of individuals and groups pursuing innovative approaches and wishing to make a sustainable contribution to social justice through their commitment.
