Description

Under this guideline, ESF+ grants of up to 60% of eligible expenses are awarded in Thuringia to promote the social and professional integration of disadvantaged young people, long-term unemployed parents, as well as job seekers and employed persons. Funding is provided for low-threshold socio-pedagogical counseling centers for individual integration support, local, day-structuring practical measures, the Thuringian Initiative for Integration and Poverty Reduction (TIZIAN), targeted educational counseling, as well as innovative model projects to test new approaches to poverty prevention and forms of integration. By combining group and individual formats, networking of stakeholders, and practice-oriented qualification, participants are to be strengthened in their employability and retained in the labor market in the long term.

Eligible for funding are public institutions, non-profit organizations, educational providers, and companies with headquarters or branches in Thuringia. Projects must be carried out in Thuringia, participants must reside in the federal state, and the respective age limits must be observed. Applications for counseling centers, practical measures, and TIZIAN projects are made within the framework of a concept selection procedure; educational counseling and model projects must be submitted via the Thuringian funding portal at least eight weeks before the start of the measure. Eligible expenses include project-related personnel costs, material and administrative expenses (flat rate), travel and transportation costs, accommodation and daily allowances, as well as rental and room expenses. Required documents include, among others, the overall concept, work plan, annex ANBest-P, and the declaration on the Charter of Fundamental Rights. Ensuring total financing and proper accounting are prerequisites for funding.
