Description

The AllBright Academy offers nationwide digitally and analogously designed lectures as well as open and in-house workshops in German and English, specifically targeted at executives in companies and public institutions. In modular units such as “Gender Bias Basics,” “Bingo! Using Facts Against Clichés,” or “For Men Only,” unconscious thought patterns, structural barriers, and gender bias are examined in a practical manner. Individual modules can be flexibly combined and tailored to specific target groups – for example, management teams, recruiters, or HR professionals. The continuously bookable formats are aimed at organizations seeking to deepen their diversity strategies and sustainably establish inclusive corporate structures.

The goal of the funding is a cultural change that goes beyond mere awareness-raising: Through interactive workshops and insightful keynotes, executives are empowered to implement equitable processes and actively shape participation in everyday work life. Using well-founded facts, practical exercises, and appreciative discussions, a supportive learning environment is created in which individual scope for action is developed alongside collective potential for change. With this offering, the AllBright Foundation supports the development of an inclusive corporate culture in which diversity is perceived and lived as a driver of innovation, efficiency, and social cohesion.
