General Integration Assistance / Café One World Neighborhood Center Ostend

Within the framework of General Integration Assistance, the Christian Foundation North-East continuously supports integration initiatives at the Café One World of the Ostend Neighborhood Center in Hesse. Funding is provided to non-profit organizations and public institutions that assist refugees and migrants in the Frankfurt area in improving their German language skills. The grant covers costs for language cafés, teaching materials, as well as expert advice on official correspondence. Applications can be submitted throughout the year, enabling needs-based and flexible project planning.

The funding program aims to improve participation opportunities and strengthen self-determined living. At the language café, learners of all proficiency levels meet to deepen their language skills together and build intercultural networks. In parallel, the neighborhood center offers individual assistance with forms for applications and procedures at authorities, thereby reducing bureaucratic obstacles. Through close cooperation with municipal partners and specialist consultants, a comprehensive support offering is created that links migration, education & training, as well as work & social affairs.
