Description
The funding contribution from the State of Salzburg supports the construction of a modern Alpine Club house in Salzburg to accommodate the significant membership growth of the Alpine Club Salzburg. Interest groups, non-profit organizations, and public institutions can apply for a non-repayable grant, provided that the project cannot be realized without public funds and that the overall financing is demonstrably secured. Planning and architectural services as well as construction costs for the shell and interior work are considered eligible expenses. Construction commencement prior to the submission of the funding application is excluded; own contributions are permitted within the customary market scope. Disbursement is made based on proof of construction progress, and applications can be submitted continuously until the funding volume (€0.2 million) is fully utilized.
The funding objective is to create contemporary communal spaces for members, sections, and visitors of the Alpine Club Salzburg. Conditions for approval include a comprehensible financing plan, disclosure of other funding applications, and submission of complete planning documents. The funding measure strengthens infrastructure in the areas of construction and monument preservation as well as regional development and complements rural development. This investment aims to establish an attractive meeting place that promotes voluntary engagement and benefits the Alpine Club community in the long term.
