In order to best ensure secure and affordable accommodation for students from Vorarlberg at their place of study, the Vorarlberg state government acquires dormitory quotas throughout Austria. Student residences that do not have a Vorarlberg quota or that accommodate Vorarlberg students beyond the existing quota can be supported with operating cost subsidies.
