Application for Individual Assistance (Physical Need)

The Glücksstunden Children’s Foundation enables targeted financial support for therapies and developmental measures for children and adolescents with physical, mental, or emotional needs through the Individual Case Assistance Application (physical need). Nationwide, the foundation subsidizes private individual projects if the necessary costs cannot be covered independently or through public funding bodies. The focus is on the sustainable improvement of the living situation through qualified medical or therapeutic interventions. The continuously open submission and decision-making process by the board ensures timely approvals, especially for urgent needs.

Eligible private individuals include affected families who provide proof of need in the form of a disability ID, medical reports, or statements from therapists or the youth welfare office. The severity of the impairments, medical endorsement, and financial need without third-party maintenance obligations are decisive. Eligible expenses primarily include therapy costs and accompanying measures for the individual development of the child. In addition to the fully completed application form, cost estimates and further evidence must be attached. With this, the foundation sends a clear signal for equal opportunities and enables families to implement urgently needed support concepts.
