Description

The continuously available wage subsidy and mentor subsidy from the Fonds Soziales Wien support companies in Vienna in sustainably integrating people with disabilities into the labor market. Employment relationships with individuals of working age who have a disability degree of at least 50% and do not receive a similar benefit from other funding providers are eligible for funding. The goal is to compensate for disability-related performance reductions through subsidies of up to 90% of the collectively agreed gross annual salary as well as a flat rate of 50% of ancillary wage costs. Mentor subsidies promote on-the-job support for up to a maximum of 25% of working hours. Requirements include a primary residence in Vienna, timely application submission no later than three months after the start of employment, and a statement from the integration specialist service "Jobwärts."

Companies of all sizes can submit applications continuously and benefit from needs-based support that accelerates integration success and strengthens personnel development. Eligible costs include gross wages, ancillary wage costs, and mentor costs; special payments, overtime premiums, employer contributions, and allowances are excluded. Selection is based on economical, efficient, and appropriate use of funds and professional assessment of the performance reduction. Through this funding, Fonds Soziales Wien makes a sustainable contribution to an inclusive corporate culture: it enables equal-opportunity workplaces, promotes diversity, and secures skilled labor potential. Further information on funding requirements, funding rates, and necessary documents can be obtained directly from Fonds Soziales Wien or through its information services.
