Description
The labor market budget is aimed at public institutions and non-profit organizations in Hesse that seek to sustainably improve the employment prospects of disadvantaged individuals through socio-pedagogical, socio-psychiatric, and psychosocial counseling and qualification services. Projects from the seven types of measures defined in the funding guidelines are supported – ranging from debt and addiction counseling to innovative social-spatial approaches. As partial grant funding, WIBank covers up to 50% of the documented and appropriately used expenses. The maximum duration of the initiatives is 24 months, enabling tailored implementation of regional labor market measures with the involvement of the European Social Fund (ESF).
Eligible to apply are project sponsors designated within the framework of target agreements between the Hessian Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration and the districts and independent cities. The funding application must include a comprehensive project description, a detailed financing plan, and proof of eligible expenses. Applications are submitted exclusively via the ESF customer portal of WIBank. Since the program is currently closed, no new applications can be submitted; however, interested parties can obtain detailed information on similar funding opportunities and the funding guidelines via the ESF Hesse website and WIBank.
