Description

The Conrad Foundation enables talented trainees in Berlin IHK professions to access an exclusive advanced training program in cooperation with the Berlin Junior Chamber of Commerce. Selected participants benefit from a high-quality workshop that provides practical insights and strategic know-how for a successful career start. The offer is complemented by extensive networking opportunities with experienced entrepreneurs and executives, providing a direct link to potential employers and sustainably supporting the transition from vocational training to professional employment.

Applications are possible at any time and require a minimum of 92 points in the intermediate examination (AP1). Additionally, a brief, individual statement must be submitted explaining why the chosen training ideally fits the applicant’s personal goals. Only participation fees for the workshops are funded; other material costs or living expenses are not part of this program. The decision on the award is made by the board of the Conrad Foundation based on the examination performance and the relevance of the training justification. Required documents are proof of the intermediate examination and the motivation letter.
