Assisted Living Exclusive of Day Structure – Social Psychiatry

Supported Living Exclusive of Day Structure – Social Psychiatry in Tyrol promotes a housing-focused service for people with mental illnesses who wish to strengthen their independence in daily life. This continuously announced grant funding aims to stabilize psychosocial skills and enable social participation. Through an individually tailored care concept, participants receive support in managing housing and everyday life, thereby promoting a self-determined life in a protected environment. The initiative complements existing services in the areas of social affairs, health, as well as labor & social affairs and is implemented by public institutions, companies, and non-profit organizations recognized as providers of in-kind services pursuant to § 12 of the Tyrolean Participation Act.

Interested providers can submit an application at any time, as there is no deadline. Funding is provided to institutions that offer qualified support, psychosocial care, and needs-based housing arrangements. The target group consists of people with mental illnesses and significant impairments in their psychosocial abilities who seek a supervised living arrangement. The financial grant secures investments in personnel resources, spatial equipment, and individual support measures. Administrative processing is carried out by the State of Tyrol as the responsible funding authority, ensuring transparency and professional guidance for applicants.
