Non-eligible costs include hardware, internet costs, real estate acquisitions, retroactive costs, and debt settlement. Selection criteria include, besides placement chances, the quality of the course institution and the prospects of success according to BEMO. For application submission, among other documents, a cost estimate or payment receipt, proof of income, if applicable a standard value assessment, confirmation of participation, and invoice for sign language interpreter costs are required.
