Contributions to private legal entities for ongoing expenses supports private legal entities in Upper Austria in financing permanent childcare services and psychological professional counseling. The aim of the measure is to provide non-profit associations, interest groups, and other organizations with a reliable subsidy for ongoing operating expenses. Thus, the program significantly contributes to strengthening the childcare infrastructure and promoting the psychosocial care of children and adolescents in the federal state. Funds are provided annually up to a total amount of 100,000 euros and allow for long-term planning of childcare services in various social contexts.

Eligible for funding are non-profit organizations and associations that continuously provide childcare services in Upper Austria and offer psychological professional counseling. Applications can be submitted at any time, ensuring flexible adaptation to the actual needs of the institutions. Eligible expenses include exclusively ongoing operating costs, such as personnel costs, materials, or rent. A prerequisite for approval is proof of the provision of corresponding childcare services in Upper Austria. The administration and disbursement of funds are the responsibility of the Department of Society of the Directorate of Culture and Society in the Office of the Upper Austrian State Government.
