Granting contributions to associations, federations, and the Chamber of Agriculture for the implementation of measures defined in the Agricultural and Forestry Promotion Act, in particular to improve working and living conditions, expand professional knowledge, enhance agricultural and operational structures, increase productivity and competitiveness, ensure quality assurance, animal and environmental protection, as well as to maintain alpine farming and forestry promotion.

Description
Within the framework of a permanently open grant funding, associations, federations, and the Vorarlberg Chamber of Agriculture are supported in implementing agricultural and forestry measures in accordance with the Agricultural and Forestry Promotion Act. The focus is on improving working and living conditions, expanding professional competencies, and optimizing agricultural and operational structures. Furthermore, the program promotes initiatives to increase productivity and competitiveness, quality assurance, product safety and hygiene, as well as projects in animal and environmental protection. Special emphasis is placed on the preservation of biodiversity, the maintenance of alpine farming, and forestry projects under the Forestry Act. With this holistic approach, the funding significantly contributes to the sustainable development of rural areas in Vorarlberg.
Eligible for funding are interest groups, other associations, and the Vorarlberg Chamber of Agriculture, which conclude an annual performance and funding agreement with the Office of the Vorarlberg State Government. Applications can be submitted at any time within the framework of these agreements, as there is no deadline. Required documents include the performance and funding agreement itself, as well as activity reports, financial statements, and proof of use, ensuring a transparent and comprehensible project progression.
