The aim of the program is to support companies, municipal institutions, and organizations in implementing systematic corporate mobility management or expanding existing structures. Description
The program "Corporate Mobility Management (BMM)" of the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMV) offers nationwide grants for companies, municipal institutions, and non-profit organizations of all sizes. The goal is the introduction or optimization of systematic mobility management to develop climate-friendly mobility strategies, strengthen environmentally friendly transport modes, and reduce operational mobility costs. Funding is provided for external consulting services, personnel and material costs for project implementation, as well as the development of mobile concepts and software solutions. Prerequisites for application are a registered office or branch in Germany, proof of ongoing business activities, and the submission of an initial mobility concept. The maximum funding amount is €200,000 with a funding rate of up to 80% and a project duration of 24 months.
Submissions are accepted on an ongoing basis, supporting flexible project planning. Evaluation criteria include the innovativeness of the mobility concept, its economic viability, and its contribution to climate protection and environmental relief. For the application, a project description, a cost and financing plan, the CVs of the responsible persons, and proof of legal form are required. The program is aimed at all organizations that wish to design the mobility flows of their employees sustainably and efficiently. The funding not only strengthens environmentally friendly transport modes but also unlocks the potential for digital and smart solutions in companies and public institutions.
