Castle Seat – Guest Groups and Conferences (Himmelsfels) – Inquiry

The Werner Pfetzing Foundation Himmelsfels offers non-profit organizations, associations, interest groups, public institutions, and private individuals throughout Germany the opportunity to plan conferences and guest stays at the historic castle residence. Interested groups from the funding areas of education, social cohesion/democracy, culture, vocational training & further education, work & social affairs, as well as culture & media can submit their desired dates, duration of stay, and group information via an online inquiry form. In addition to the planned period, alternative time slots are also requested to avoid potential scheduling conflicts. Extensive information on pricing is available separately and provides a transparent calculation basis for every group size and event configuration.

Informal applications can be submitted at any time, as ongoing funding opportunities exist. The procedure allows applicants to provide all relevant details about the group composition – such as the number of participants (divided into male, female, participants up to 27 years old, participants over 27 years old) – as well as the purpose of their stay in detail. Additionally, individual requests and special moments of encounter with the Himmelsfels work can be entered in the comment field. After submission, the on-site team reviews availability and promptly informs about conditions and possible funding components.
