CAMPUS – Seminars (Hamburg Rental License / Job License / Values Education)

TO HUUS Foundation has been continuously offering funded integration seminars in Hamburg since 2025, empowering immigrants to confidently handle everyday situations in their new environment. The free subsidies are available to individuals with a migration background and can be applied for at any time for complete series of events or individual places. The focus is on practical learning experiences provided by experts from the fields of housing, employment, and social values. The goal is to quickly lead participants to independence and strengthen social cohesion.

The course offering is divided into three modules: In the Rental License module, specialists convey all relevant basics regarding rental contracts, waste separation, and insurance. The Job License prepares participants for German work culture, rights and obligations in the workplace, as well as expectations from supervisors and colleagues. Through values education, participants learn which social norms and democratic principles apply here and how respectful coexistence is promoted. The seminars can be booked continuously: after registration and verification of migration background, interested parties can secure a place immediately. In this way, the TO HUUS Foundation supports integration in Hamburg sustainably and systematically – from the first housing inquiry to successful participation in the labor market and civil society.
