The Lampertheim Citizens' Foundation honors outstanding voluntary and social commitment in the city with an annual award. The prize recognizes individuals as well as groups who demonstrate courageous actions by taking responsibility for others and making civil courage visible. Proposals can be submitted year-round by citizens and institutions from Lampertheim, subject to residency or local activity and verified engagement. The awardees are honored at a ceremonial event and receive financial support ranging from €500 to €1,000 to further promote their efforts.
