Digital Funding Application of the ZEIT STIFTUNG BUCERIUS

The ZEIT STIFTUNG BUCERIUS supports non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and public bodies nationwide with project grants in the fields of science & research, arts & culture, education & upbringing, as well as politics & society. Additionally, it funds innovative initiatives in the Bucerius Lab and press promotion. Funding applications can be submitted digitally at any time, with a lead time of approximately six months before the project start recommended. The goal is to provide sustainable impulses for research, social cohesion, and democratic participation. Through continuous funding opportunities, the foundation contributes to the long-term realization of pioneering projects and enriches public discourse.

Only institutions with proven non-profit status in accordance with the German Fiscal Code are eligible to apply. Applicants must submit their application in PDF format and provide the following documents: cover letter, project description including materials, cost and financing plan, as well as the consent to data processing. The financing plan should indicate whether other funding commitments have already been secured. Applications are submitted via a digital form that captures all necessary details regarding project scope, duration, and funding volume.
