Description

The E+C Müller Foundation Fund supports non-profit organizations in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in implementing cultural initiatives in rural areas to promote cultural participation and sustainably enrich rural life. Projects supported are those driven by strong volunteer commitment and rooted in the local community. Only legal entities with headquarters in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and demonstrable non-profit status are eligible to apply. The focus is on strengthening citizen participation and cultural diversity to further develop rural regions as vibrant communities.

Applications can be submitted at any time; however, decisions are made once a year at the end of September for funding projects in the following year. Up to €2,000 per project may be granted as a non-repayable subsidy. The maximum project duration is 12 months. The application requires a brief project outline, a financing plan, and information about the applying organization. In the selection of projects, cultural participation, enrichment of rural life, and volunteer engagement play a decisive role. Volunteers as well as local clubs and initiatives thus receive a straightforward opportunity to implement innovative cultural measures with small funding contributions and strengthen rural quality of life.
