Description
The funding program “Salary Increase for Nursing and Care Staff – EEZG” supports Tyrolean companies, public institutions, and non-profit organizations with a 100% subsidy coverage for extraordinary allowances to nursing and care personnel. The objective is to subsidize a monthly salary increase of €158.33 (G-VBG/LBedG) or €135.50 (SWÖ-KV) per full-time equivalent employee. Eligible beneficiaries include members of the higher service of health and nursing care, nursing specialists, nursing assistants according to GuKG, diploma and specialist social caregivers, as well as home helpers working in hospitals, day-care and residential facilities, mobile services, facilities for disabled persons, or rehabilitation centers in Tyrol.
Applications can be submitted from December 15, 2022, until March 1, 2026. Only the actually paid allowances for employees who have been continuously active for at least one month in the respective calendar year are eligible for funding. Eligible expenses are the salary increases according to collective agreement provisions. The following documents must be submitted in simple copy with the application: a list of full-time equivalents and headcounts including reimbursed costs by occupational group, wage-related regulations on allowance payments, a signed self-declaration regarding the disbursement, and proof of payment. Through this, the program contributes to a sustainable strengthening of the framework conditions in health, work, and social care.
