Description

The EU-wide exchange program for young entrepreneurs offers a unique opportunity to gain international business experience and establish valuable contacts in other EU member states. Participants work for a period of one to six months in small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) alongside experienced entrepreneurs. During this tailored exchange, knowledge in the areas of business start-up, foreign trade, and corporate financing is deepened. The stay is supported by a monthly grant of up to €1,100 to cover living expenses. Participation is continuously possible, provided that registration as a young entrepreneur or founder in an EU member state and an interest in professional exchange are given.

The program is aimed at new founders who have successfully completed their initial entrepreneurial steps and now wish to expand cross-border networks. Close collaboration with established companies offers opportunities to learn about fundraising and market entry strategies as well as gain practical insights into international business processes. SME hosts, in turn, benefit from innovative impulses and expand their access to new markets. The funding sustainably supports the development of founders and thereby strengthens the long-term competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe.
