Description
The grant for reimbursement of travel expenses in Tyrol supports privately entitled persons with disabilities in managing their daily lives. Expenses for necessary trips related to outpatient services under the Tyrolean Participation Act (TTHG) or employment with a workplace subsidy pursuant to § 16 TTHG are eligible for funding. A funding rate of 100% applies to all incurred travel costs, provided these are not already covered by another benefit and the monthly amount exceeds 10 euros. The funding can be applied for continuously and is granted from the month of application submission. The aim is to strengthen social participation and secure the mobility of participants in inclusive offers and subsidized workplaces.
Those particularly interested are individuals who utilize outpatient services under the TTHG or engage in employment supported by a workplace subsidy. A prerequisite for the grant is proof of these eligibility criteria as well as documentation of the incurred travel expenses. The application documents to be submitted include the completed form “Application for Grant Approval” and all evidence according to the TTHG. Applications can be submitted at any time; the earliest possible funding start date is the first day of the month in which the complete application is received by the responsible department. This helps to remove barriers and promotes self-determined participation in working and social life.
