Description

ESF+ (21-27): 100 percent – Equality pays off is a funding program available throughout Austria, provided within the framework of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) by the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection. Its aim is the targeted consulting of companies of all legal forms on equality-oriented income and career development. In particular, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with identifiable need for action or interest in promoting gender equality benefit from practical expert input that helps to sustainably reduce gender-specific income disparities and to anchor equal opportunities within the company.

The program supports consulting services with a funding rate of 100%, thereby fully covering all expenses for external experts. The funding period extends from January 1, 2024, to November 13, 2028 – applications can be submitted at any time during this period. Only services in the area of consulting on income and career development strategies with a focus on equality are funded. Companies thus receive a comprehensive analysis of their personnel and remuneration structures as well as individual recommendations for implementing equality-oriented measures. This free offer not only strengthens the company’s competitiveness but also makes a valuable contribution to greater gender pay equity in Austria.
