Description
The ESF+ (21-27): Case Management for Women in the State of Salzburg specifically supports women of working age in Salzburg who are disadvantaged in the labor market, particularly in rural areas. Through funded case management, individual competencies are systematically developed to achieve sustainable employability and improve income situations. At the same time, the program promotes awareness of gender equality and the reconciliation of private and professional life. Thus, the project makes an important contribution to equal opportunities and the strengthening of women-supportive structures in Salzburg.
Eligible for funding are companies, non-profit organizations, and public institutions that submit suitable support projects within the framework of a time-limited call. Financing is provided as a grant and is continuously available as long as the funding volume is not exhausted. Applicants must submit a concept with a financial plan, annual financial statements, association or company register excerpts, certificates of good standing, and proof of third-party funding allocations. Additionally, statutes, reference projects, as well as personnel and qualification documentation must be submitted. Project start is possible from January 1, 2026; the application deadline is until funds are depleted. With this funding, project sponsors can sustainably advance the professional integration of women and strengthen structural support in the federal state of Salzburg.
