ESF Plus Directive Equality in Working Life 2021–2027 – B – Female Founders' Bonus

The ESF Plus Directive on Equality in Working Life 2021–2027 – B – Founders’ Bonus is aimed primarily at women living or working in Saxony who plan to start or have already started a commercial or freelance business. The program provides a non-repayable grant to professionally and financially strengthen entrepreneurial projects and thus makes a significant contribution to equal opportunities in working life. Applications can be submitted at any time until December 31, 2027. The funding supports consulting services, marketing and public relations measures, further training, as well as the acquisition of operational equipment.

Eligible for funding are exclusively female founders residing or with their company headquarters in Saxony who can submit a business plan. In addition to the developed concept, a resume, a financing plan, and cost estimates must be submitted with the application. The jury’s selection criteria include the economic viability of the project, its contribution to equality in working life, job creation potential, and the sustainability of the business model. Close support through consulting services is intended to ensure that newly founded companies remain permanently on the market and contribute to increasing women’s entrepreneurial participation in Saxony.
