Family Support for Children and Adolescents

The state funding in Tyrol aims to support children and young people with disabilities in their leisure activities and to sustainably relieve the family environment. As a grant, it is directed at companies, non-profit organizations, and public institutions that provide in-kind services in accordance with the Tyrolean Participation Act (§ 6 para. 1 and 2 lit. b) and are based in Tyrol. Through continuously submitable applications, flexible, needs-based care services can be realized, encompassing both leisure activities and accompanying measures. All expenses directly related to the provision of these in-kind services are eligible for funding.

Families with children and young people with disabilities particularly benefit from the financial support, as they are relieved and gain access to qualified services. The funding makes an important contribution to inclusion by considering individual needs and improving participation opportunities. Applicant institutions can submit documents at any time, ensuring uncomplicated and timely project implementation. In this way, the State of Tyrol not only promotes barrier-free leisure activities but also strengthens the network between specialist agencies, care organizations, and families.
