The project FLAMME – I love cooking for your life! by the Ruck – Foundation for Renewal targets families in Berlin and Brandenburg and offers practical nutrition workshops as well as cooking courses. In cooperation with family centers, neighborhood meeting points, and environmental and climate protection initiatives, the basics of healthy, tasty, and affordable cooking are taught. The focus is on creative leftover utilization, climate protection, and resource conservation. The Ruck – Foundation for Renewal, a non-profit organization based in Berlin for 18 years, continuously organizes funding projects to sustainably strengthen education, health, and environmental awareness.
Participants benefit from interactive learning units led by experts in the fields of nutrition and environmental protection.
