Description

The inVITAtio Foundation provides nationwide funding to non-profit, ecclesiastical, and governmental institutions as well as initiatives that offer psychosocial counseling, practical assistance, and develop innovative housing and living concepts for people in need facing special crisis situations. Eligible for funding are organizations, associations, and private initiatives that comply with the statutes and are authorized to issue donation receipts in accordance with § 50 EStDV. Applications for financial grants can be submitted at any time in writing by mail. A prerequisite for funding, in addition to non-profit status, is the submission of complete documentation in accordance with the Foundation’s funding guidelines, including a project description, justification, cost overview, and a current exemption notice for corporate tax. Allocation is based on compliance with the statutes and fulfillment of the funding objectives; there is no legal entitlement to funding.

With its funding resources, the inVITAtio Foundation supports, among others, projects in the areas of relationship and family counseling, hospice work, youth social work, and integration of refugee children. Concepts for the integration of youth in need into employment and improvements in the living conditions of single mothers are also supported. The funding aims to accompany people through transitions between life stages and enable them to live a self-determined life with dignity.
