Description
The LVR Inclusion Office of the Rhineland Regional Association supports employers in North Rhine-Westphalia with a continuously available grant program that strengthens the employment and participation of people with disabilities in working life. Funding is provided to companies, public institutions, and non-profit organizations based in the Rhineland that employ or retain employees with disabilities. The focus is on subsidies for employer expenses as well as accompanying support services to create barrier-free workplaces and meet individual support needs.
All employers within the LVR’s area of responsibility who wish to implement inclusive personnel policies and are willing to remove barriers are eligible. A prerequisite for funding is proof of existing or planned employment of people with disabilities in the company. The funds can be applied for flexibly and help finance integration assistance, technical aids, and organizational adjustments. These funding opportunities enable sustainable participation, offer employees greater self-determination in the workplace, and allow companies to benefit from diverse professional skills.
