For a successful application, individuals must demonstrate completed vocational training or specialized studies, present a concrete plan for their further professional development, and have not previously participated or only once participated in the funding prize. Institutions should document their commitment to the training and continuing education of young people with an industry-relevant focus and a clearly defined funding requirement. Evaluation criteria include innovation content, relevance to training and continuing education, industry-specific significance, and the quality of the application documents. Required documents are a tabular CV, a motivation letter (maximum three pages), copies of certificates, and references; letters of recommendation are optional.
