In addition to the fully completed application form, various documents must be submitted, including the corporate tax assessment, proof of non-profit status, as well as copies of the statutes and the current association or commercial register excerpt. A detailed project description and, if applicable, additional construction documents complete the application package. A specially appointed advisory board, which takes local particularities and the strategic relevance of the projects into account, decides on the eligibility of a project for funding.
