The goal is the preservation and further development of the Sorbian language, culture, and traditions as an expression of the national minority in a region undergoing economic transformation. Innovative projects from the fields of culture, education, culture & media, as well as training and further education, which simultaneously contribute to strengthening economic growth and creating jobs, are supported. With a funding duration of up to 108 months, measures are supported that have structural impact and align with the sustainability goals (SDG) of the German Sustainability Strategy.
