Description
DEUTSCHLAND RUNDET AUF gemeinnützige Stiftungs-GmbH supports nonprofit organizations nationwide that have been committed to disadvantaged children, adolescents, and young adults for at least two years. Projects are funded in the areas of mentoring, early childhood and learning support, social skills and resilience programs, streetwork, family counseling, as well as vocational training and student aid programs. A prerequisite for application is recognition as a nonprofit organization, submission of the articles of association, register excerpt, tax exemption certificate, annual report, and financial statements, as well as documented evaluation of previous project results. Preference is given to approaches that demonstrate nationwide impact potential and high effectiveness proven through evaluation.
Applications can be submitted continuously, with no location restrictions. With a clearly defined funding objective, the foundation awards earmarked grants to effect sustainable changes in education, social participation, and career orientation. To date, approximately EUR 12.5 million have been raised and 47 funded projects implemented, opening new perspectives for children and adolescents. Since 2024, young adults have also benefited from study and vocational training programs. Continuous support through micro-donations and payroll donations at checkout enables the promotion of long-term effective initiatives and contributes to social cohesion and equal opportunities.
