Description

The funding guideline Vocational Education – Intercompany Training Courses supports educational institutions, companies, and public institutions based in Hesse in the implementation of intercompany training measures. The goal is to strengthen vocational qualification through financial assistance in the form of grants, which can be applied for continuously. Funding is provided primarily for course fees, teaching materials, and instructor fees. Thus, the program makes an important contribution to practice-oriented further training of young professionals and simultaneously promotes high quality in training. A prerequisite for a successful application is proof of professional and organizational suitability as a provider of intercompany training courses in Hesse, as well as the submission of a detailed training plan or course program.

Interested parties include both providers of such courses and trainees who wish to benefit from the supplementary course offerings. The application must include, in addition to the course program, a cost and financing plan as well as accreditation or approval documentation. Investment costs and general administrative expenses are excluded from funding. Coordination and processing are handled by the Wirtschafts- und Infrastrukturbank Hessen (WIBank) on behalf of the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport, Housing and Regional Development. Through this transparent and continuous funding pillar, sustainable impulses are set for economic development in Hesse, and the skilled labor base in key industries is further expanded.
