Description

The Albertine Assor Foundation supports non-profit organizations and public institutions nationwide with grants for the implementation of effective projects in the fields of public health, youth and elderly care, as well as education, upbringing, and welfare services. The funding focus ranges from innovative prevention measures and care models in hospitals and nursing facilities to needs-oriented educational initiatives and charitable aid programs. Special emphasis is placed on strengthening social cohesion and democracy through inclusive approaches that promote diversity, participation, and volunteer work. The foundation is a partner of the Immanuel Albertinen Diakonie and incorporates its diaconal tradition into all funded projects.

Particularly interested are organizations that develop sustainable concepts in the areas of health, social affairs, and vocational and further education, involving both professionals and volunteers. Continuous application submissions allow projects to be submitted flexibly and promptly—without rigid deadlines. Support is provided in the form of grants that help to purposefully expand personnel, material, and organizational resources. Through funding, networks are created between youth and elderly care institutions, educational providers, and local communities, which contribute in the long term to improving quality of life and strengthening civil society structures. Interested project leaders can find detailed information on the funding criteria directly on the Albertine Assor Foundation’s website.
