Funding of the Angela Merici Foundation Haselünne (Educational Projects in Haselünne and Surroundings)

The Angela Merici Foundation Haselünne continuously supports community-oriented educational projects in Haselünne and the collective municipality of Herzlake. As a regionally anchored foundation with a focus on student support and equal opportunities, it promotes initiatives that contribute to strengthening the location for the future. Eligible applicants include schools, kindergartens, interest groups, or other associations. The funding area covers projects in the fields of education, training, and further education; the form of funding is provided as a grant. Submitted projects must have a clear regional reference, be limited in content and time, and serve the common good. Applications can be submitted in writing to the foundation board at any time; awards are made at least semi-annually.

For a complete application, in addition to the project or measure description, a detailed cost and financing plan, the naming of a contact person, and a written report with documentation (photos, press reports) after project completion are required. Pure construction measures and acquisitions are not eligible for funding. Selection is based on the following criteria: regional funding focus, orientation toward the common good, contribution to the development of the future location, as well as clear temporal and content limitations. The approved grant should make a significant contribution to the realization of the project. A final decision is made within the framework of the available budget. The Angela Merici Foundation Haselünne invites all suitable educational institutions and associations to submit their projects and thus contribute to promoting educational equity and social participation locally.
