Description
The Anton & Petra Ehrmann Foundation continuously supports sustainable, non-profit initiatives in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria. Projects are funded in the areas of science & research, environmental/nature conservation, charitable and cultural purposes, sports with a focus on child and youth development, as well as education & student assistance. Applicants must be recognized as legal entities under public or private law and provide a current tax exemption certificate. Construction costs, pure personnel costs, and funding applications from private individuals are excluded. Funding decisions are based on the alignment with the foundation’s purpose, societal added value, and long-term sustainability. Talented pupils and students – especially from the dairy industry – as well as educational institutions, clubs, associations, research institutions, and environmental and social initiatives can submit funding inquiries at any time via the provided online form.
For the application, a detailed cost and financing plan, an economic or budget plan of the organization, and proof of non-profit status are required. Projects involving children and youth must additionally include a self-declaration regarding the child protection concept. Photographic documentation and further attachments may be submitted as supplements. The voluntary granting of subsidies does not create a legal entitlement to approval; nevertheless, the foundation places great importance on transparent accounting and effective reporting. The funding contributes to setting long-term impulses in science, environmental protection, culture, sports, and education, thereby making a tangible contribution to societal development in the region.
