Support for the Citizens' Foundation Mülheim an der Ruhr

The Bürgerstiftung Mülheim an der Ruhr continuously supports projects and initiatives oriented towards the common good in Mülheim an der Ruhr and the surrounding area. Eligible for funding are, among others, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, public authorities, as well as companies headquartered or operating in the North Rhine-Westphalia region. In the diverse funding areas – ranging from culture, sports, and media to education, vocational training, environmental/nature conservation, energy efficiency, climate protection, and infrastructure & urban development – the foundation sets priorities to improve quality of life. Additional thematic focuses include children and youth, families, migration, work & social affairs, as well as urban development and integration. Financial support is provided in the form of grants and is expressly aimed at projects that strengthen social cohesion and offer sustainable added value for the urban community.

Selection criteria emphasize alignment with the foundation’s purpose, social impact, and sustainable orientation. Applications can be submitted at any time; there is no deadline.
