Funding of the Traunsteiner Land Community Foundation

The funding provided by the Bürgerstiftung Traunsteiner Land supports charitable and non-profit projects throughout the Traunstein district. With the aim of strengthening local initiatives in the areas of social affairs as well as work & social issues, the foundation continuously provides grants. Applications for financial support have been submitted exclusively via the official funding application since May 25, 2018. There is no legal entitlement to approval; rather, the foundation’s board of trustees decides based on the funding objectives and available resources.

Eligible for funding are non-profit organizations, interest groups, other associations, as well as private individuals who wish to implement a charitable or non-profit project in the Traunstein district. A prerequisite for a grant is that the project is carried out within the region and that a fully completed application form is submitted. Applications can be made at any time – there are no deadlines. Through the awarding of grants, social meeting places, neighborhood assistance, or educational offerings for disadvantaged groups, for example, are supported. The Bürgerstiftung brings together the commitment of numerous donors and partner companies to sustainably promote the common good in the region.
